From trade shows and roadshows to customer visits and a few personal adventures in between, the 2wcom team spent much of June on the road. Along the way, we collected new experiences, great conversations, and weather conditions ranging from „full-body hydration I did not sign up for“ to „this is why data centers need climate control.“
Casablanca Broadcast Days
The month started in Casablanca, where Bjarke Wrobel represented 2wcom at the Casablanca Broadcast Days. In true German fashion, our booth was ready well ahead of schedule. We enjoyed meeting familiar and new faces alike, exchanging ideas, and discussing the latest developments in broadcast technology.
Roadshow
Bjarke Wrobel and Anke Schneider brought our solutions directly to the people who use them. Instead of just talking about products, visitors could experience them firsthand, from event contribution with the IP-4c and signal distribution in the MCR with MOIN to software-based MPX chains powered by MOIN.
The hands-on approach led to plenty of valuable discussions, feedback, and new perspectives.
Berlin
Berlin was another destination this month, where Sönke Schmidt, Ralf Magnussen, and Arne Borsum spent time meeting partners, exchanging ideas, and discussing current challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Not every meeting ends up on social media, but those conversations remain one of the most rewarding parts of being on the road.
Arne's Adventure
Between customer visits, concerts, a rowing trip, stops in Erlangen, Flensburg, and Berlin, and somehow still making it back to the home office, Arne may have set a personal travel record.
His verdict:
“I’ve travelled enough for now. Luckily, the next appointment is practically next door in Nuremberg.”
Lokalmedientage
To wrap up the month, Arne attended the Lokalmedientage in Nuremberg, meeting industry professionals and exchanging ideas with the people shaping the future of local broadcasting.
Thanks to everyone we met along the way! On to July.
