Visual Station Branding in FM Audio Distribution

Sometimes, the best ideas come from the field, or in this case, from a warm and sunny island!

A local broadcaster reached out with a request:
“We’re feeding FM audio into a digital MPEG-TS workflow. Is there a way to attach our station logo so it’s always visible?”

Challenge accepted.

With our latest update, the RF-10e can now embed a still image like a station logo – directly into the FM audio stream service. The image is encoded as video and carried alongside the audio within the MPEG transport stream.

This feature opens up a smart, simple way to support station branding in hybrid broadcast chains. Whether you’re operating on a tropical island or in a mainland Master control room, your station’s identity travels with the content – clear and consistent.
