New Extended Log Feature

The Extended Log is one of many features we’ve introduced this year to further improve our products. Designed to complement the existing Event Log, this new enhancement takes event monitoring to the next level by offering a more detailed view of your device’s operation.

Many of our customers are already familiar with the Event Log, which tracks high-priority events such as log-ins, system restarts, error messages, and other incidents that may require immediate attention. The Extended Log builds on this functionality by capturing non-critical, informational events that offer valuable insights into device operation and connectivity. By focusing on these lower-priority updates, the Extended Log helps provide a more detailed understanding of system events without distracting from critical information. To make troubleshooting even easier, the logs include a search function and sorting options, allowing you to quickly find the information you need.

With the new Extended Log, you now have a more comprehensive view of your device’s activity, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. To stay updated on 2wcom news, feature alerts, and new products, make sure to visit our blog regularily!
